Issue 2/2017
In the second issue of Høtt we travel to the urban centres of the Arctic – Anchorage, Reykjavik and Tromsø to mention a few – and speak to the artists, politicians and creative people who make these cities the culture hotspots of the North. We go behind the scenes of one of the most talked about shows in Iceland this year, and spend 72 hours in Kiruna to find out how you rebuild an entire city from scratch. We also share our favourite culture events in the Arctic this year, whether it be a mobile library or a music festival by the sea. Edited by Kristin Valla
Issue 1/2016
In the first ever issue of Høtt, which was published in Norwegian, we look at how culture journalism has changed in the digital age and travel to Vardø to visit the northernmost street art festival in the world. Plus, we learn why young Sámi musicians think joik has more power than dynamite. Edited by Veronica Melå.
